Year 4 Teacher

• Daily Rate: £130 - £220

We are looking for a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join our team for a full-time position starting as soon as possible or from January 2025. This role is initially for the full academic year, with the potential to continue into the next academic year starting September 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting children in Year 4, focusing on delivering a comprehensive KS2 curriculum.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons that meet the curriculum standards of Key Stage 2.
• Assess and record students’ progress, preparing them for the transition to the next year level.
• Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment that promotes student engagement and enthusiasm for learning.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons and activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and any concerns.
• Participate in school meetings and teacher training sessions to enhance teaching practices and personal development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching at the KS2 level, particularly Year 4.
• Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
