Pay: £42,536 - £50,288

The role - Year 4 Teacher:

• Deliver engaging, creative, and high-quality lessons to a motivated Year 4 class.
• Inspire pupils to develop a love for learning while building their confidence and skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and progression across KS2.
• Monitor and assess student progress, celebrating successes and identifying areas for development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching KS2.

• Strong classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to engage with pupils, parents, and staff.
