A large, welcoming junior school in Forest Hill, Lewisham are currently looking for an experienced primary teacher to teach a year 4 class for the rest of the academic year.
The Role
In this Primary Teacher role you will take on full class teacher responsibilities.. You will work alongside the two other teachers in year 4 to share planning and year group responsibilities. There is an experienced team of support staff in place across the year group to support pupils within class and provide administrative support.
The school are looking for an experienced primary teacher with QTS and as least 1 years teaching experience in KS2 as the appointment is mid-year and the class is slightly larger than average. You will need to be able to quickly establish a settled and calm classroom and continue the progress that has been achieved in the first term
This role is paid to scale (MPS2 – MPS4) and is offered on a full-time contract basis with either an immediate or January start until July 2025.
