• Position:Year 4 Lead & Teacher.

• Monitor Progress: Track pupil progress and implement strategies to ensure every child achieves their full potential.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with at least 3 years of teaching experience, ideally in Key Stage 2.
• A proven track record of raising standards and supporting pupil progress.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
