Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and a love for learning.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure every child achieves their potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school's wider community ethos.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and actively promote the school's values and vision.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent. Teaching degrees from Australia, New zealand, Canada, South Africa are accepted
- Strong knowledge of the Year 5 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering pupil achievement and well-being.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
