Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of Year 5 students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies to support individual learning needs.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, including teaching assistants and the SENCo, to ensure a supportive learning experience for all pupils.
- Inspire a love of learning through creative and engaging teaching practices.
Experience: Previous experience teaching Key Stage 2 students is essential, with an understanding of the Year 5 curriculum highly desirable. A passion for delivering engaging lessons and supporting children to reach their full potential is key.
