As an Assistant Principal, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for:

  • Leadership:Assisting in the overall leadership and management of the school.
  • Teaching and Learning:Ensuring high-quality teaching across the academy and taking full responsibility for your key area.
  • Data Management:Using data effectively to monitor and improve student outcomes.
  • Staff Development:Supporting and mentoring staff to enhance teaching skills and performance.
  • Parental Engagement:Building strong relationships with parents and carers.
  • Quality Assurance:Monitoring and evaluating teaching and learning standards.
  • Behaviour Management:Establishing and maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning.

Requirements:
