About the role - Primary Teaching Assistant - Southwark
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Assisting the teacher with daily classroom routines and tasks.
- Leading intervention groups and assisting with curriculum delivery.
- Building strong relationships with students to encourage engagement and academic progress.
- Working with teachers to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Helping students develop social and emotional skills alongside their academic growth.
About You:
- Has a strong passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
- Has experience working with children, preferably within a classroom environment.
- Has experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or is willing to learn.
- Is enthusiastic, patient, and proactive in their approach to supporting students.
