About the roleA mainstream primary school in Hackney are looking for an Early years practitioner to work in their early years department from September 2025 on a full time basis for the whole academic year.
There is a opportunity to join the school on contract.
You should-
-Have experience working with early years
-Be proactive, able to work on your own initiative and able to identify where support is needed throughout the day
-Have a strong passion for working in Early years
-Be able to work collaboratively with others
-Be empathetic, patient, confident and a hold strong knowledge on child development
-Be adaptable and flexible throughout the day, providing support where and when needed
-Be creative and able to create engaging activities for children
About the schoolThe school is a mainstream primary school in Hackney.
The staff are very supportive, and you will have a strong team behind you.
They are looking for someone who can commit for the year and fully immerse themselves from day one. You will be given the required support where needed and are expected to show enthusiasm.
RequirementsTo be considered for the role of Early Years Practitioner you will:
- Have a DBS on the updated service or be willing to apply for one
- Have experience working with EYFS
- Be proactive, confident and adaptable
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Prior experience working with EYFS
