Thier Geography department is vital in helping students grasp global issues, and we are looking for an enthusiastic Geography Teaching Assistant to become part of thier education and training team!

Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Assistance:Support the Geography department in conducting interactive lessons, providing individualized and small group assistance to students.

Curriculum Enhancement: Aid in the preparation of teaching materials, assist with field trips, and contribute to extracurricular geography activities.

Student Assessment: Help with grading assignments and monitoring student progress, offering constructive feedback under the supervision of teachers.

Pastoral Support: Establish positive relationships with students, including those with special educational needs (SEN), promoting their well-being and encouraging a respectful classroom atmosphere.

Candidate Requirements:
Education: A degree in Geography or a related discipline is required.

Experience: Previous involvement with young people in educational environments is beneficial but not essential.

Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities; a genuine enthusiasm for Geography and a dedication to facilitating student learning.
