We are seeking a Primary teaching assistant to join a thriving and vibrant primary school located in the Richmond borough, commencing ASAP.
The role
As a Learning Support Assistant in a primary school, you will be adept at delivering interventions in various settings such as classrooms, one-on-one sessions, and small group activities for students in KS1 and KS2. Having a genuine passion for working with young learners in this rewarding environment is crucial. The ideal Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will:

Be committed to the school’s high standards and ethos

Be flexible and adaptable and enjoy working with young people.

Have experience running small group interventions for either children in KS1 or KS2Â

Be a great communicator to pupils and staff

Have prior relevant experience working with children in a school setting (desirable)
