We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a vibrant primary school in Ealing. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on providing targeted interventions in Maths, English, and Speech and Language, supporting students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver small-group and one-to-one interventions in Maths and English, tailored to individual student needs.
  • Provide focused support for students with Speech and Language difficulties, working closely with the SENCo and external professionals.
  • Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress and report on achievements and areas for development.
  • Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working with KS2 children, particularly in Maths, English, and Speech and Language interventions.
  • A passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Relevant qualifications or experience in a similar role is desirable.
