Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality PE lessons, but also general TA cover through KS1 & KS2.
- Deliver pre-planned PE sessions to primary-aged children, fostering a love for sports and fitness.
- Encourage teamwork, healthy lifestyles, and physical well-being among students.
- Assist in managing and maintaining the school's sports equipment and resources where necessary.
What They're Looking For:
- A passion for physical education and working with children.
- Experience as a Physical Education Teaching Assistant (experience in a primary school setting is an advantage).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- The ability to create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for all children.
- A proactive team player with a commitment to the holistic development of students.
