Primary Teaching Assistant - Independent Prep School - South West London
We are looking for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join a high achieving and welcoming Independent Prep School in South West London, to start immediately.
T he role
As a Teaching Assistant at this school, you will be required to deliver interventions and booster sessions to Year 5 pupils. You will also be supporting the Year 5 teachers with overall support. Your regular input will make a positive difference and contribution to both the children’s learning experience and personal growth.
The ideal Teaching Assistant will:
- Be committed to the school’s high standards and ethos
- Be flexible and adaptable and enjoy working with young people.
- Have a good sense of humour and be compassionate
- Be a great communicator to pupils and staff
- Have prior relevant experience working with children in a school setting (ideally in year 5 or 6 is desirable)
- GCSE Maths and English
