Are you an experienced and passionate Primary Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role? We're currently working with a fantastic school seeking a talented individual like you to provide crucial support across all year groups.
This full-time position offers a brilliant opportunity to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, helping children excel academically and personally.
The Role:
- Provide essential in-class support from EYFS to Year 6
- Help students thrive in Phonics and assist with SATs preparation
- Deliver targeted Maths interventions to small groups, boosting their confidence
- Work 1:1 with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they have the support they need to succeed
- Play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment
What You Bring:
- Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
- Strong understanding of Phonics, Maths interventions, and SATs
- Experience supporting children with SEN, helping them reach their potential
- Flexibility to work across different year groups and adapt to changing needs
- A passion for education and commitment to making a lasting impact on young learners
