About the Role:

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children’s academic, social, and emotional growth. Working closely with teachers, you will help plan and deliver tailored interventions, while providing both group and individual support. This is an ideal opportunity for graduates looking to kickstart their journey towards becoming a Primary Teacher or exploring a career in education.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • A graduate with a 2:1 or higher from a top UK university
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about working with children
  • Previous experience with SEN or young learners (desirable, not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, in a busy school environment
