Primary School Teaching Assistants (CR4)

The successful candidates will support teachers in delivering high-quality education to students, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Support the development of educational materials and resources
- Monitor and record student progress and behaviour
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with children and young adults
- Patience and empathy in dealing with students' individual needs
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with teaching staff
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
