The Role:

• Supporting children with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours in a nurturing and structured environment.
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning interventions and emotional support.
• Implementing behaviour management strategies to promote positive engagement in lessons.
• Building strong relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and independence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, or challenging behaviours is desirable.
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with young people.
• Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to de-escalate situations effectively.
• A passion for supporting vulnerable learners and helping them achieve their full potential.
• Local or a willingness to commute to Lewisham
