We are looking for a social, emotional and behaviour assistant to work within a fantastic primary school in West London.

This school is looking for candidates who have a passion for working in KS1/KS2, who might also consider teacher training in the future.

The role

As a learning support assistant you will be part of a team of over working under the direction of the SENCO. 

The ideal candidate

  • Experience working with children in KS1/KS2
  • SEN/SEMH related experience
  • Relevant teaching assistant qualifications
  • Ability to form good working relationships with students, parents/carers and colleagues
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Adaptability and flexibility in working practices and the ability to know when to use initiative
