About the Role:

SANZA Teaching Agency are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEND TA to work with a non-verbal Year 1 student with complex needs. The student requires dedicated support to reach their full potential including personal care.

Key responsibilities include:

One-on-One Support:

Provide one-on-one support to the student, tailoring activities and teaching methods to meet their individual needs.

Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages their development and engagement.

Offer assistance with the student's personal care needs, including nappy changes.

Ensure their physical comfort and well-being.

Operate both iPads and PCs to enhance the student's learning experience through assistive technology.

Implement digital tools and applications that support the student's communication and education.

To excel in this role, you should have:

Proven experience working with non-verbal students with complex needs

The ability to be a self-starter, taking the initiative to ensure the student's progress.

A positive and patient attitude, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in using both iPads and PCs to support the student's learning.
