An exceptionally high-achieving Secondary School in Greenwich are looking for 3x Inclusion Support Assistants Required, to help embody their ethos of 'creating not only a school, but a community of pupils, parents and teachers brought together by their shared dedication to doing whatever it takes to achieve success'.

The school would like to interview 3x graduates with strong academics and a passion for supporting children with SEN/SEMH needs as soon as next week!

As an Inclusion Support Assistants Required, you will be working alongside pupils with complex behavioural needs who require some additional guidance from a positive and assertive role model! You will support with their everyday routine and keep them engaged and motivated to learn in the classroom. This is a full time, long-term post, commencing ASAP.

** This is an ideal position for a Psychology/Criminology graduate who is seeking first-hand experience before pursuing a career as a Prison Liaison Officer, Therapist, Counsellor, Youth Mentor amongst others. **

Inclusion Support Assistants Required - Candidate Specification:

  • A 2:1 or a First-class degree from a reputable University
  • Genuine interest working with SEN
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to adapt
  • Experience in a previous role, or personal experience in SEN is desirable
  • Calm and compassionate nature
