Description
- Provide comprehensive legal support to the private equity team.
- Assist in the drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
- Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
- Co-ordinate with different teams for information gathering and sharing.
- Maintain an organised system of detailed records and files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Support the team in preparation for trials, hearings, and meetings.
- Manage communication with clients, solicitors, and other professionals.
Profile
A successful Private Equity Paralegal should have:
- A degree in law or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a Private Equity Paralegal role.
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
- Strong knowledge of private equity.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- A keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
