Network HR are working on a retained basis on behalf of a high-touch global financial services firm to support with a brand-new hire of a Process mapping Specialist, to join their high performing team based in central London on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key member of the HR team this role reports directly to the Director of HR for the UK. This role will require a strong emphasis on both improving and optimising their HR Shared services function.

The primary objective is for this individual, will be to drive efficiencies throughout the HRSS team, remapping processes, automating via Workday where possible, drawing on their experience to make continuous improvements and minimising manual (transactional labour which increases the exposure to human error). Once optimised, the HRSS can then be scalable and the business will start to service other countries across their international business but for now, the remit is primarily UK.

The successful candidate will have experience of using Workday and will have been in a similar position previously where you will have worked with COE stakeholders.
