They are a new breed to the industry and bring design, engineering and science to the forefront of their manufacturing processes. This is a new position with strong growth potential.The role involves validation activities, processes and changes related to injection, blow mould and extrusion. Work on scale-up projects from prototype to production. Work in conjunction with manufacturing partners to create project plans, and design and investigate results to improve production processes. You will eliminate waste from the production process by utilizing LEAN manufacturing tools and root cause analysis.
