- Challenge thinking and elevate the storytelling and commercial impact of research to drive meaningful decision-making.
- Leverage expertise in quantitative research and product testing, integrating multiple data sources to craft compelling, high-value insights.
- Identify strategic connections across workstreams, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach to innovation.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding client partnerships, unlocking opportunities with multiple budget holders.
- Ensure high-quality delivery at key moments, maintaining excellence in execution without day-to-day project management.
- Inspire and lead teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
? Proven expertise in innovation research and strategic consulting, with experience leading senior client relationships, NPD etc.
? Strong background in quantitative research and product testing, with a data-agnostic approach to insights.
? Track record of influencing senior stakeholders, shaping innovation strategies, and driving business impact.
? Commercially focused, with a keen ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
? Experience in the tobacco and nicotine industry is advantageous.
