We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to join our Client's UKI Safety, Risk, and Compliance Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of customer experience and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead Critical Projects: Manage regulatory projects across the UK Safety and Identity Compliance programme.

  • Leverage Data: Analyse the performance of current operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
  • Foster Safety Culture: Champion a "safety first" mindset within operations, setting an example for others to follow.
  • Innovate: Work on exciting projects such as scaling document approval tech solutions and enhancing compliance processes.

  • Experience in: Business operations, project management, and continuous improvement, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in turning data into actionable insights; SQL experience is a must!
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and lead across multiple teams and senior leaders.
