In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for the successful content delivery of one of the company’s most important brands - across all formats.   

 

THE COMPANY

Our client is an award-winning children’s animation company with shows playing on over a hundred platforms globally.

 

THE ROLE

As Executive Producer, you will be responsible for the successful content delivery of one of the company’s most important brands - across all formats.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a cohesive approach across Studio teams to ensure all content is delivered on time and on budget
  • Ensure content meets all creative points as signed off by Chief Creative Officer
  • Lead an ongoing schedule of content across several projects, pipelines and formats
  • Lead and mentor a team of creative and production staff fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
  • Collaborate with Development and creative team in development of creative concepts and content ideas
  • Develop and manage production budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently
  • Be accountable for the output and quality delivered by third party studios and partners 
  • Work closely with commercial teams to ensure content hits business objectives
  • Work closely with Chief Creative Officer to ensure integrity of the brand is maintained and improved
  • Work with internal stakeholders to assess opportunities to improve, scale and elevate production

 

THE PERSON 

You will have extensive experience of overseeing complex animated projects within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Long form experience is ideal but we would also consider candidates with a background in short-form/commercials animation.
 
With excellent budgeting skills, you will have a deep expertise in managing both in-house production management & creative teams as well as outsourced partners.

Superb communication skills are absolutely essential for this role, as is the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and changing priorities.
