Junior Producer- Competitive Salary- London/ Hybrid

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Producer to join our team. You’ll work closely with our creative, motion and project management teams to deliver a range of exciting filming and photography projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-production

  • Collaborate with project managers or clients to gather and understand project briefs.
  • Work closely with project managers to create comprehensive statements of work and timelines.
  • Develop detailed budgets and production schedules, while managing costs for all production elements (e.g. equipment, makeup artists, voiceover artists, etc.).
  • Plan and allocate studio resources efficiently to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Source and vet trusted third-party suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability for each project.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure alignment on production planning and expectations

Production

  • Oversee all production logistics and operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Collaborate actively with the team on set, ensuring a cohesive workflow.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on set, integrating their vision with the creative process while maintaining an efficient and seamless production environment.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production to minimise disruption.

Post-production

  • Oversee the post-production process, from editing through to final delivery.

The Person

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Producer in a fast-paced agency or production environment, with a strong understanding of the production process.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, across a range of projects.
  • Proficient in using project management tools to stay organised, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Excellent time management skills, ensuring all tasks are prioritised and executed efficiently.
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, with a flexible, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • A commercial-minded approach to all projects.
  • A sharp eye for visual aesthetics and a commitment to maintaining our standards.
