What You'll Do

You'll be the first point of contact with potential clients, generating leads and opening the door for our sales team! ????

  • Make 50+ cold calls a day ?? - you'll be the face of the company, engaging with prospects and creating new opportunities.
  • Build relationships ?? - use your skills to engage with prospects, nurture connections, and qualify leads.
  • Drive growth ?? - book meetings for the sales team by showcasing the value of our product/services.
  • Use your research skills ?????? - identify the key decision-makers in companies and start conversations.
  • Achieve targets �? - hit and exceed monthly/quarterly performance goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing ?? - stay in the loop on campaigns and upcoming activities to maximise lead generation.
What We're Looking For
  • Hungry to succeed ?? - a self-starter who loves challenges and smashing goals.
  • Sales experience ?? - you might have retail, agency sales experience, or have worked in Tech Sales, Tech Recruitment, or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication skills ??? - confident on the phone, through email, and in person.
  • Resilience ?? - you'll bounce back from rejection and keep pushing forward.
  • Tech-savvy ?? - CRM systems experience is a plus, but not essential!
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented ?? - keep accurate records in CRM systems like Netsuite.
  • Team Player ?? - you enjoy working with others to achieve common goals.
