About the Company:
Our client is a market-leading supplier in the Professional Audio, Video, Broadcast, and Touring industries, they provide high-quality cabling solutions and related products. They're now experiencing significant growth and are seeking a number of driven Sales Account Development Managers to join the team.
About the Role:
- Develop and grow a portfolio of 300-500 existing B2B accounts within the AV industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Work from our North London office, with occasional client visits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain CRM records and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, educated to degree level
- Ideally, some experience in B2B sales.
- Consultative sales approach and excellent client-facing skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial; experience in the AV industry is a plus.
