Fantastic opportunity for a vibrant and busy Social agency with a great buzz and company culture.

You will be key in making sure the creatives, strategists, production & data teams are working on the right projects, at the right time, within budget and to the appropriate timeframes.

You will come with a black book of freelance talent and identify where freelance talent is needed and source these freelancers yourself.

The role:

  • Lead stand-ups with internal teams to plan their workload
  • Work closely with the ECD to understand the creative campaign craft and output so the best work can be produced to budget and deadline
  • Find freelance talent when needed and run IR35 assessments
  • Onboard freelancers, making sure they have the right paper work and equipment etc
  • Ensure seamless resource process, making tweaks and improvements when you need to
  • Proactively find resource solutions to tricky challenges as they arise
  • Report any workflow or capacity issues
  • Capacity planning and utilisation reporting
  • Observe any gaps in skill sets within the departments to resource accurately
  • Provide support to upskill individuals where needed
  • Ensure the overall wellness of staff
  • Pipeline plan for upcoming projects to avoid any bottle necks

The person:

  • Must have experience in resource management
  • Used to working to deadline
  • Highly organised
  • Used to working with Resource tools and Excel
  • Personable and build solid relationships
  • Hands on attitude
  • Empathetic
  • Financially and commercially astute
