Sonic Summary

The role is for an Interim Chief Product Officer at a Services Business in London, offering a day rate of £1000 (inside IR35).
The position requires expertise in transforming organizations from a project-based approach to a product mindset, focusing on User Experience and User Research.
Candidates should have experience in large FTSE Corporates and possibly start-ups, with a proven track record of leading Product Teams and building teams of Product Managers.
Excellent communication skills are essential for engaging with stakeholders at all levels throughout the transformation process.
The role is hybrid-based, requiring approximately one day per week in the office, and candidates are encouraged to submit their CVs for consideration.

Working for a Services Business, you will guide them on their journey to a Product mindset - rather than Project and Programmes… transforming the way that they work as a business across a number of different service lines. You'll enable them to transform from a project and programme based approach and get them to a User Experience and User Research - led business with User Centred Design and Data Driven methodology. Your background will be in large FTSE Corporates and possibly with some Start-up experience too…

As well as the above the client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills that can engage with stakeholders all levels.
