We’re working with a local authority based in London to find an Interim Product Manager to help them set up and lead their first Platform team. As the lead you will bring together siloed teams and driving change across the organisation. You will have sound experience in building cross-functional teams that bring together business and tech in complex environments.
This role requires experience in payment operations, debt management, and creating unified platforms or hubs, as well as strong leadership skills to influence change and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of low-code platforms, payment systems, and debt management would be helpful, but what’s most important is the ability to transform and scale platforms for council-wide income collection and customer data platforms / single customer view initiatives. Azure stack experience is also desirable.
As Interim Product Manager - Platform Team Lead, you will be the driver in in setting the vision, strategy, and governance for the team while encouraging collaboration across different areas. If you’ve led transformation initiatives before and are comfortable with Agile delivery in local government organisations, this could be a great fit.
