What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the Mobile App vision and strategy to enhance customer engagement and partner value.
- Collaborate with technology teams to optimise the mobile app experience and drive measurable outcomes.
- Continuously improve the product based on user insights, market trends, and business goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value through agile product development.
- Establish key performance metrics to measure product success and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive retention.
- Maintain a strong customer-centric approach, balancing the needs of customers and partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in product management, specifically in iOS/Android mobile application development.
- Develop and execute a data-driven product roadmap, aligning market insights, user feedback, and strategic business objectives to drive measurable impact.
- Shape and refine product strategy in alignment with organisational goals.
- Customer-focused approach, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences.
- Leverage data-driven insights to prioritise product features, optimise user experience, and guide development efforts.
- Define and monitor key success metrics, including user engagement, adoption rates, and performance benchmarks.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation strategies.
- Experience managing B2C and B2B platforms, supporting a diverse range of features designed to enhance user and partner experiences.
- Proven success in driving revenue through consumer-facing products.
