We are seeking a Programme/Portfolio Test Manager to join a leading insurance company, who will oversee the delivery of a large Claims programme, comprising multiple project deliveries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Test Strategy and approach, ensuring the successful delivery of testing.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee the success of all testing efforts
Managing resourcing via internal teams and vendors
Overseeing the test budget
Plan, monitor, and guide the testing team to ensure smooth operations and project goal achievement
Create and enforce a comprehensive testing plan
Supervise testers and track test results
Provide regular updates on testing progress
Conduct test-related risk assessments and mitigation
Inform key stakeholders about the testing progress
Stay updated on developments in testing equipment, methods, and standards
