We are seeking a Programme/Portfolio Test Manager to join a leading insurance company, who will oversee the delivery of a large Claims programme, comprising multiple project deliveries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the Test Strategy and approach, ensuring the successful delivery of testing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the success of all testing efforts
  • Managing resourcing via internal teams and vendors
  • Overseeing the test budget
  • Plan, monitor, and guide the testing team to ensure smooth operations and project goal achievement
  • Create and enforce a comprehensive testing plan
  • Supervise testers and track test results
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress
  • Conduct test-related risk assessments and mitigation
  • Inform key stakeholders about the testing progress
  • Stay updated on developments in testing equipment, methods, and standards
