Product Developer - Performance Apparel

Greater Manchester

A fast-growing sportswear brand that sets the trends for active-wear, performance and outdoor apparel are currently looking for a Product Developer with strong multi-product or performance apparel experience to join their product team based in Manchester.

As a Product Developer you will be responsible for managing the product development process and critical path from the handover of the range plan through to wholesale samples, assisting in range planning and range building. You will be required to attend fit sessions, creating and maintaining technical packs & system management, cost price management, analysing sales figures, and sourcing trims & fabrics. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will be key part of the Product Team.

The ideal candidate must have previous apparel Product Development experience preferably working for a high street, premium or lifestyle brand. Have a strong understanding of garment construction, with experience working with external suppliers and Far East factories, you must possess exceptional communication and leadership skills and be highly IT competent.
