PRODUCT GOVERNANCE MANAGER -INSURANCE
£75,000 + PENSION + BONUS

One of the top insurance companies in the UK is expanding product function and hiring for a Product Manager in their team to be a lead by taking on a lot of responsibilities with projects and stakeholder management. This role is an excellent opportunity to get involved in the top level of digital insurance on the market whilst having excellent exposure with senior management in the business.

THE ROLE
You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:
- Accountable for designing and implementing a strong and effective product governance framework
- Development of new products and modifications to existing ones
- Conducting Annual Product Reviews and Value Assessments
- Ongoing evaluation of key performance indicators to identify potential risks to consumer outcomes and developing and tracking action plans to address or mitigate these risks
- Committed to ensuring positive outcomes for consumers and aligning all activities with the best interests of customers
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Knowledgeable with the FCA handbook
- Experience working on regulations such as PROD and ICOBs
- Personal lines insurance experience desired. Commercial lines would be ok.
- Good communication skills
- Strong stakeholder abilities
