We are seeking a Product Lead for User Experience to play a crucial role in transforming service delivery through innovative user-centric solutions. In this role, you will drive the strategy, design, and implementation of seamless and intuitive user experiences across platforms powered by technologies such as Salesforce and Oracle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure our user portals meet business goals and exceed user expectations.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on the product vision and progress.
  • Manage and support a team of product analysts who are subject matter experts, capable of making functional changes to the product and collaborating with third parties to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Align with peers across the organisation to ensure a consistent approach.
  • Define and prioritise product features through extensive collaboration and negotiation, supported by outcomes and value.
  • Analyse data and customer feedback to identify pain points and drive improvements that enhance user experience and achieve the right outcomes.
  • Work closely with development teams (both internal and external) to support product development.
  • Document and present technology proposals/recommendations to senior leadership and business stakeholders, outlining clear benefits and costs for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in product management or functional experience, with at least 2 years focused on user experience, CRM, customer engagement, or employee portal solutions.
  • Experience as a product manager, functional lead, or owner, preferably within an internal product space.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-based solutions supporting back-office services like Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Public sector experience is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of project management for technology development and implementations.
  • Proven experience managing a small team, providing clear direction, support, and resolution.
  • Knowledge of shaping product strategy and delivery capabilities.
  • Ability to create technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to business strategies.
  • Educated to a high level with a practical understanding of SaaS-based products and core end-to-end services that underpin UX and portal products such as HR, Finance, etc.
