THE COMPANY

Our client is a global producer of children’s content.

 

THE ROLE

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for helping to shape the product road map for the business. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Project management and product planning, to ensure the successful launch.
  • Oversee all elements of product development, supporting the Junior Manager when necessary.
  • Working closely with licensors and the audio production team, you will play a role in content development.
  • Account management, including: acquisition of new partners, prepping business proposals, and negotiate deal terms.
  • Utilise research, data and consumer insights to inform all aspects of your work.
  • Become the source of all knowledge for the product range, sharing key information with the team.

 

THE PERSON

To succeed in this role, you will need to have several years of experience in product management or licensing, ideally in the toy, audio or publishing field.

You need to demonstrate a passion for kids books and entertainment, with a strong knowledge of what brands make great product.

Lastly, you will have strong project management skill, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and to meet deadlines with a sense of urgency.
