We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Insurtech Product Manager to join our global Client as a key member of the European Product team. The successful candidate will be at the heart of driving the company’s success in EMEA by driving the product vision into reality, creating business cases and using your exceptional communication skills in collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Setting the vision for your European product area
Creating business cases and maintaining the product backlog according to value and viability
Prioritising stories, epics and themes to ensure the work focuses on the highest value that are aligned with the product vision
Utilising deep knowledge of users and technology to define end to end requirements
Working with designers to ensure products are desirable - including testing with end user (prototypes, surveys, and user sessions)
Defining and executing go-to-market plans
Developing and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post launch
Collaborating with partners, key stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure deliverables are successful

Requirements

2+ years working in Insurance or Insurtech is essential, as Product Manager or Product Owner
Proven ability to liaise with key stakeholders and collaborating with a global team - multiple timezones
Experience writing end to end requirements concisely to software developers
Ability to triage and multitask effectively in relation to product backlog issues
Degree educated
Experience working in a B2B2C organisation is ideal
