We are working with a global workspace provider that has been the face of flexible working for 30+ years. With over 3,500 locations in the world, our client is already working with over 80% of the Fortune 500 working with household names such as Amazon, Netflix, and Uber.

To ensure it is possible for businesses of all sizes to make the transition to hybrid working smooth sailing, they are seeking a seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the growth and development of a >$100m global product. This role is pivotal in accelerating growth, optimising performance, and market share across their network in more than 4000 centres around the globe. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy that expands our client's customer base, increasing revenue, and optimises their online presence.

The ideal Product Manager for this opportunity will have a strong background in product management, sales and marketing, with a proven track record of operational excellence as well as bringing to market innovative products that meet the needs of existing and new customers.

Required Skills and Experience include:

  • Background working in a consultancy
  • 3+ years in product management
  • International experience
  • Strong track record of delivering tangible results
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies
  • Proven experience in developing and managing sales channels and partnerships
  • Demonstrated success in optimising online journeys and e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data to inform decision-making
  • Strong digital transformation experience
  • Decisive and collaborative, experience of influencing across the matrix
  • Structured but pragmatic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
