Are you ready to make an impact on the future of energy? We're on the lookout for an exceptional Product Manager to join an innovative team and shape the future of decarbonized energy solutions.

About Them

The electricity grid is undergoing a transformative shift, and without cutting-edge software, decarbonization won't be achievable. That's where this business comes in. They're building the critical infrastructure that will support a green, sustainable energy system. Their technology drastically reduces CO2 emissions and optimises energy costs. They've just secured a major Seed investment from top-tier venture capital firms, and they're scaling quickly to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving industry.

Their software intelligently manages energy consumption, controlling everything from electric vehicle charging to home heating systems and battery storage. Leveraging advanced machine learning, they predict energy needs and automate usage to align with the cheapest, greenest electricity. They currently manage tens of thousands of energy assets, and are poised for exponential growth.

The Role

This isn't just any Product Manager role-it's a high-impact, high-velocity position where you'll have a significant say in the direction of the products. You'll work directly with clients and engineers, translating strategic goals into actionable features that drive the mission forward. You'll be immersed in data, solving complex problems, and navigating the challenges of a fast-paced, technical environment.

What You'll Get

  • Ownership & Autonomy: You'll have the freedom to explore new product ideas and take charge of key projects.
  • Collaboration with Skilled Engineers: Work alongside a dedicated team focused on creating real-world value.
  • Room for Innovation: You'll have plenty of whitespace to experiment and innovate as part of a growing startup.

What We're Looking For

  • A relentless focus on delivering results and shipping products quickly.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to get hands-on and solve problems creatively.
  • A deep passion for climate action and the energy transition.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the energy or electricity sector.
  • Design skills-prototyping experience would be a plus.
  • Technical skills-you should be comfortable diving into databases and collaborating closely with engineers.

Benefits

They believe in the power of in-person collaboration, especially at this early stage. While they embrace flexibility, they ask that you spend 2-3 days a week in the London office.

  • Competitive Salary: Up to £100k, depending on experience, plus a meaningful equity stake in the company.
  • Inclusive Culture: They're committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.

If you're excited by the mission and eager to take on the challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
