Our client is an innovative fintech company transforming the global transfer agency landscape. Their mission is to modernise legacy systems, reduce operational inefficiencies, and drive industry-leading innovation through cutting-edge technology.

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced European Product Manager to lead the development and management of their offshore transfer agency product portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of market-leading solutions in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the product expert on transfer agency processes, focusing on Irish and Luxembourg jurisdictions, but also generalised processes across multiple jurisdictions
Translate industry expertise into clear business requirements and collaborate with Business Analysts to prepare these for the development process.
Act as the Product Owner in the development lifecycle, ensuring efficient progress and preventing any development roadblocks.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to discuss solutions and align on product goals and requirements.
Work closely with solution architects to develop creative and effective solutions that meet client and market needs.
Participate in Agile software development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure successful product delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and compliant.

Must have:

Extensive experience in transfer agency operations within a European context, with a focus on Irish and Luxembourg jurisdictions.
Ability to translate complex knowledge into actionable business requirements and work effectively with Business Analysts.
Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Ability to work with solution architects to develop innovative solutions.
Ideal but not essential - familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Desirable:

Experience serving as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a technology company.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and FIGMA
Process Mapping and Design experience using tools such as Lucid Spark, Draw.IO, Visio etc
