Product Manager – 6 Month Contract – Hybrid – London – Inside IR35

VIQU have partnered with a global e-commerce organisation who are seeking a Product Manager on a contract basis.

The role:

The successful Product Manager will have a strong understanding of E-Commerce products, platforms, and technologies, and will deliver key elements of consumer experience, taking an omnichannel approach.

You will work with cross-functional teams across the business to ensure that product requirements and objectives are meeting any unique needs of the consumer, and to drive a customer experience that is high-touch and original.

Responsibilities:

  • Use data to make decisions and prioritise in the regional and global roadmap.
  • Understand the consumers affected by the experiences you manage.
  • Understand how different consumer segments interact with digital products.
  • Develop and share roadmaps in your portfolio that align with regional business and brands.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on digital product strategy and delivery.
  • Understand the constraints of the business and collaborate with teams to find solutions.
  • Set objectives and key results (OKRs) to track success.
  • Drive market objectives in partnership with the business.
  • Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve decision making.
  • Audit consumer journeys in your region.
  • Advise activation teams on how to use existing products in new ways.

Skills and experience:

  • Strong experience as a Product Manager
  • E-Commerce background
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of E-Commerce products, platforms, and technologies
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of human centred design principles
  • Experience working with analytics tools and making data-driven decisions
  • Experience working within an Agile framework

  • Rate: £600 - £630 per day
  • Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite London
