The role of Product Manager (SaaS) is available with a leading Accountancy Tech firm focused on providing solutions for Sole Traders and SMEs.
This remote position is open to UK-based candidates and offers a salary between £40,000 and £47,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in relevant Product Management roles, particularly within SaaS environments.
Experience in highly regulated industries and mid-size scale-ups is desirable, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
The interview process consists of two virtual stages, including competency-based interviews with the Hiring Manager and a final call with a Product Consultant.

The Role:

Leo Technology have partnered with a leading Accountancy Tech firm who specialise in providing full accountancy solutions to Sole Traders and SME's. Their offering, which blends technology with people-centric accounting advice, has gained a huge amount of traction over previous years. As a result of their ongoing growth and success, they're now looking to hire a Product Manager to work on their core SaaS offering.

This role is perfect for a PM with 3+ years' experience working in SaaS environments. With this business, you'll get the opportunity to be an integral part of their product growth plans, driving success and delivering a world class Accountancy solution.

The Person:

3+ years experience in a relevant Product Manager role
Experience working in highly regulated industries is desirable
Experience working in a mid-size scale up is desirable (50-200 people)
Worked delivering products within SaaS environments
Excellent communication skills
Experience working in Agile Scrum environments

Interview Process:

1st stage - Video call with Hiring Manager and Senior Product Manager - Competency-based
2nd stage - Final video call with Product Consultant
