Product Manager: We're seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager to join a growing team working for a client whose offers an awarding winning B2B and B2C SAAS platform.

As Product Manager you will combine your technical understanding combined with creative design thinking to deliver intuitive solutions for this SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities for the Product Manager:

  • Experience designing and implementing AI-enhanced features in software, such as automated suggestions, content generation, or intelligent data processing workflows
  • Practical experience using AI tools and services (like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot) to enhance productivity in design and problem-solving tasks
  • Drive full product lifecycle from concept through delivery, including specifications, wireframes, development and coordinating successful launches
  • Create detailed mock-ups and/ or interactive prototypes that demonstrate complete UI journeys and feature flows
  • Engage with stakeholders to write clear user stories and product specifications.
  • Work directly with developers to understand technical possibilities
  • Propose and document data models for new features.
  • Participate in technical planning sessions, contributing both design and implementation ideas
  • Monitor performance post-launch through data analysis and user feedback,
  • Maintain a prioritised backlog of improvements and fixes to ensure continuous product evolution

ABOUT YOU

Required Skills and Experience for the Product Manager:

  • You must be eligible to work in the UK
  • A university degree is required (Bachelor minimum)
  • 3+ years' experience as Product Owner, designing and delivering business software features involving complex workflows and data management, with demonstrated success in B2B applications.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and database relationships.
  • Ability to read API documentation and work with developers to optimise API interactions for the best user experience.
  • Knowledge of Figma or similar design tools
  • Experience demonstrating detailed user flows.
  • Comfortable writing database queries to analyse data and validate design decisions.
  • Experience working directly with development teams to implement solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply.

Personal Qualities:

  • Possesses a strong technical knowledge with the ability to understand the relationship between the SaaS, APIs, Data sources and AI technologies
  • Meticulous attention to detail in both visual design and technical documentation.
  • Natural curiosity about how things work "under the hood".
  • Proactive problem-solver who can identify and resolve edge cases.
  • Eager to understand both the "what" and the "how" of feature implementation
  • Comfortable balancing aesthetic design with technical feasibility.
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.
