The Role:

We are seeking a Research Lead for H&B&Me, our innovative digital health and wellness platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of health technology by leading research initiatives that drive positive lifestyle changes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of our clinical research strategy.
  • Design evaluation frameworks for assessing digital health interventions.
  • Conduct data analysis to measure app effectiveness and impact on user health.
  • Drive research partnerships and collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the insights team in user testing and experimentation to enhance app functionality from a scientific standpoint.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in behavioural science and digital health.
  • Present scientific research findings and complex data in an accessible and actionable manner to diverse audiences.
  • Build and manage relationships with advisory boards and expert panels.

Location: Based in London, this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2- days per week.

The Person:

  • Master's or PhD in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field.
  • 5+ years of research experience in health behavioural science or digital health.
  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams in a fast-evolving environment.
