Mason Frank is proud to collaborate with a well-established lettings company seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to guide their CRM improvements and help refine customer and operational processes. Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of the platform to align with the needs of the business and overall company goals.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, enhancing productivity and ensuring the platform supports effective operations.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to develop and refine system requirements, prioritise improvements, and align the platform with core business objectives.
- Design user-centric workflows and interfaces that simplify processes, boost engagement, and drive adoption of Salesforce features.
- Analyse platform performance, user behaviour and process efficiencies, using insights to guide product decisions and improve service delivery.
- Mentor and support team members involved in Salesforce development and usage, fostering an inclusive and results-oriented culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong understanding of the Lettings industry, including processes and relevant regulatory considerations.
- Experience with Salesforce, ideally in Sales, Service, or Marketing Clouds within the property or lettings sector.
- Proven success in managing CRM systems in a product or project management capacity, with experience in Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex issues and develop strategic solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams to drive project success and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
