Are you someone who gets genuinely excited about making tech work better for people? Do you love diving into SAP SuccessFactors and turning it into a powerhouse tool? If so, my client is looking for someone just like you!

And if you haven't worked with SAP SuccessFactors, perhaps you have worked on a similar ERP project, such as Workday or Oracle?

They're building something pretty cool - a top-notch SAP SuccessFactors platform that'll be used by thousands across EMEA. And they need a savvy SAP Product Engagement Manager (yeah, we're focusing on the engagement part!) to take the reins. Think of it as being the bridge between the tech and the people, making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone gets the most out of it.

What's involved?

Imagine you're the go-to person for all things SAP SuccessFactors. You'll be:

Building Bridges: Working closely with HR, vendors (like SAP and NTT), and the tech team to make sure everyone's on the same page.

Owning the Roadmap: Figuring out what needs to happen next, prioritizing features, and making sure everything gets delivered on time.

Keeping Things Running Smoothly: Managing the day-to-day operations, working with support teams, and making sure any issues get sorted quickly.

Being a Strategic Partner: Not just fixing problems, but thinking ahead - how can we make the system even better?

Talking to People! Engaging with HR, business process owners, and users to understand their needs and keep them in the loop.

What You'll Need:

A solid background in SAP SuccessFactors (or similar platform) - you know your stuff.
Experience in product management, ideally with enterprise software.
Great communication skills - you can explain tech stuff to anyone.

A problem-solving mindset - you love figuring things out.
A bachelors degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
